We purchased this for the whole family: wife, two boys, 9 and 18 and our beautiful daughter, 16. We are all using it regularly, and it saves us on gym costs. Our oldest boy and daughter are very athletic and love the Smith machine for leg and chest day, and the seated extension and fly movement is my favourite. It’s constructed very well and was easy to make up.
